President Barack Obama today announced his nominations to serve as the next leaders of the Defense Department and Central Intelligence Agency.

At a White House news conference, Obama announced his selection of Chuck Hagel to be next defense secretary and John Brennan as the next CIA director.

Investigation Of Two Marion County Deputies Determines No Wrong Doing

A Marion County Sheriff’s Office Special Review Committee recently completed an assessment of an incident involving suspect Joshua Salvato, Deputy Lauren Miley and Deputy Norman Brown. The incident was reviewed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the State Attorney’s Office and a Grand Jury with no criminal wrong doing discovered against the deputies.
