On April 10, 2012, the Lake County Board of County Commissioners adopted a new ordinance with greater restrictions for animal tethering in the County. TAVARES – The Lake County Board of County Commissioners recently approved the renewal of the suspension of educational impact fee collections until April 1, 2013.
The ordinance amends Chapter 22, Article 2 section 22-22 of the Lake County Code, and states, in-part that, “the Board now finds it is in the best interests of the citizens of Lake County to extend the suspension of educational impact fees for an additional year.”
